Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your new jewellery. We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your jewellery. You are responsible for the return postage cost please contact us by email to arrange your return. We will issue you a returns label with the returns address. Please note this is not a prepaid label. You should retain proof of postage preferably using tracked and insured postage, if the parcel gets mislaid we cannot offer a return unless tracked and insured postage is used. Please ensure you have paid enough to cover the postage. If you have not paid enough, any costs incurred by us will be deducted from your refund. The refund will be processed via your original payment method. If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty or incorrectly delivered please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return or replacement. Any returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please wrap the jewellery carefully in it's original packaging to avoid it being damaged in transit.

Exclusions

Please note that all earrings are excluded from exchange due to hygiene reasons. Products that have been customised or made to your specification are also excluded from exchange or refund. However, if you have a problem with your order please contact us.

Delivery Charges
Delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd class and is free in the United Kingdom and usually 2 - 4 days after dispatch. Please bear in mind this will be longer during the Christmas period and during any Royal Mail strike action.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
